Common Issues

Section titled “Installation & Activation”- Plugin won’t activate → Check PHP version (7.4+ required) and missing extensions
- Setup wizard errors → Verify

Email Delivery
Section titled “Email Delivery”- Signers not receiving emails → Check SMTP configuration or install a mail plugin (WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP)
- Emails going to spam → Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain
Signing Page
Section titled “Signing Page”- PDF not loading → Check server memory limit (256MB+ recommended)
- Signature not saving → Verify JavaScript errors in the browser console
- Mobile display issues → Clear browser cache and ensure responsive mode is active
