The document lifecycle in WPsigner follows a straightforward flow:

Upload PDF → Add Signers → Place Fields → Send → Signers Sign → Document Completed

SentEmails delivered, waiting for signatures
ViewedAt least one signer has opened the signing page
CompletedAll signers have signed — PDF is sealed
DeclinedA signer declined to sign
ExpiredSigning deadline passed before completion
